Ni-Zn-Fe-O系陶瓷湿敏电阻研究

摘要 采用湿化学法合成了一种新型湿敏陶瓷材料Ni_(0.3)Zn_(0.3)Fe_(2.4)O_x(其中x<4,简写为NZF)。将此种材料制成多孔陶瓷时,其电阻率的对数值与相对湿度之间关系呈近直线性;当将其制成致密陶瓷时,它具有结露敏感特性。 A new humidity-sensitive material, Ni_(0.3)Zn_(0.3)Fe_(2.4)O_x(NZF for short), was manufactured by chemical coprecipitation method. Its humidity-sensitive effects were observed, and it was first found that the ceramics presented excellent. linearity of resistance exponent versus relative humidity when it was porous and the ceramics presented high dew point sensitivity when it was close. The humidity-sensitive mechanisms of the ceramics were discussed.
