摘要
用80μs和1000V/cm的电脉冲,在PBS、甘露醇液和Whitten氏液中诱导融合,卵裂球的有效融合率分别为79%(38/48),68%(27/40)和68%(26/38)。在PBS中,用80μs和600,800,1000,1200V/cm的电脉冲获得的卵裂球融合率分别为53%(21/40),68%(30/44),79%(38/48)和78%(28/36);用1000V/cm和40,80,160,320μs的电脉冲获得卵裂球融合率分别为66%(23/35),79%(38/48),90%(36/40)和75%(30/40);用1,2和3个160μs,1000V/cm的电脉冲获得的卵裂球融合率分别为90%(36/40),78%(28/36)和 67%(24/36)。
The effectual fusion rates of blastomeres were 79%(38 / 48), 68%(27/40) and 68%(26/ 38) respectively when treatment with one 1 000 V/cm DC pulse of 80 us in PBS, mannitol solusion and Whitten's medium. The blastomere fusion rates obtained using different electrofusion parameters in PBS were 53%(21/40), 68%(30/44), 79%(38/48) and 78%(28/36) respectively when treatment with one 80 /μs DC pulse of 600, 800, 1 000 and 1 200 V/cm; 66%(23/35), 79%(38/48), 90%(36/40) and 75%(30/40) respectively when treatment with one 1 000 V/cm DC pulse of 40, 80, 160 and 320μs; 90%(36/40),78%(28/36) and 67%(24/36) respectively when treatment with one, two, three 1 000 V / cm DC pulses of 160 μs.
