从棉胚珠衍生细胞培养纤维的研究 被引量:1

摘要 将开花后两天的棉花胚珠悬浮培养在伸长培养基上,3天后珠柄端细胞伸长,15天后可长达1~8mm。将这些伸长的细胞转移到分化培养基上振荡培养5天后可见次生壁增厚,9天后增厚更为明显,其程度相似于培养12天的正常纤维。因此认为,棉花的非胚珠表皮细胞也具有分化为成熟纤维的能力。 The cotton ovules of 2 days post anthesis are cultured on elongation -medium 3das after cultured (3DAC),the cells of micropylar rigion have elongated.15DAC,these cells reach 1~3mm long.Then,these elongated cells cultured in differentiation-medium.5DAC,their secondary walls are visible. 9DAC,the thickened degree ofsecondary walls of these elongated cells is simi- lar to that of 12DAC fiber.So we come to a conclusion that cotton non-epider- mal cells also have potential of differentiating into matural fibers.
