摘要
挤压油膜阻尼器串接在转子——轴承系统,降低了支承系统的刚度、增加了阻尼,因而有效地提高了转子系统的稳定性。在航空上,它已得到广泛的应用,在民用的透平——压缩机组上也有应用实例。但经验指出,只有刚度、阻尼匹配合适的阻尼器,才能起到良好的效果。为此,本文在[4]的基础上,进一步分析带弹性阻尼器转子系统的稳定问题和以提高转子稳定性为目标的阻尼器参数优化设计,以及实验示例。
SFD (Squeeze-Film Damper) is strung together rotor-bearing sysytem, that reduces the stiffness and increases the damping of supporting system. The stability of rotor system will be raised effectively. In aviation industry the SFD is widespreadly applied. Also there are some examples in civil turbine-compressor unit. The experience tells us that, only the damper included the matched stiffness and damping have the good effect. On the basis of the Ref. ④, the paper further deals with the stability analysis of rotor system mounted on elastic damper, optimum design of damper parameter and gives experiment examples.
