结构参数可控的挤压油膜阻尼器对刚性转子振动的主动控制

摘要 为了避免在传统的挤压油膜阻尼器支承的转子系统中出现的以具有极大的振动及外传力为特性的双稳态工作,并使阻尼器的持性可控,本文提出了利用锥形结构实现其特性的可控,利用砰—砰控制原理对转子振动进行分段控制的方案。在详细地推导出锥形结构参数可控的挤压油膜阻尼器油膜力的表达式之后,从理论和试验两方面讨论了分段控制对转子振动的控制作用。结果表明了采用分段控制方案不仅可以控制转子的振动及外传力,而且还可以避免转子系统在双稳态的大振幅区工作。 In order to avoid the bistable operation occurred in rotor squeeze film damper (SFD) system, which is characterized by the large rotor vibration amplitude and the transmitted force, and to make the behavior of SFD controllable, this paper presents a new structure to control the behavior by means of change structure parameters of SFD, and to control rotor vibration in different speed range used different parameter of SFD according to the principle of Pang-Pang control. The effects of Pang-Pang control on the rotor vibration and the transmitted force are studied theoretically and experimentally. It is shown that the Pang-Pang control not only can control the rotor vibration amplitude and the transmitted force, but also can avoid rotor work in the large vibration amplitude state of the bistable operation.
