护理临床决策能力测量方法的比较及在我国实践的展望

Measure Methods of Clinical Decision-Making Ability in Nursing:A Comparative Study

培养护士和护理专业大学生的临床决策能力 ,并对其护理临床决策能力进行有效测评已成为当代护理教育面临的重要课题。采用文献研究和比较研究的方法 ,对国外常用的几种测量护理临床决策能力的方法及其特点进行了比较 ,并结合我国护理教育评价的现状 。

Developing and measuring the clinical decision making ability of nurses and nursing undergraduates in nursing practice are subjects of great importance that modern nursing education faces. Based on literature search, a comparative study was performed to compare the methods commonly used in foreign countries with those used in China in measuring the clinical decision-making ability. Based on the current situation of nursing education in China, the article points out that simulating clinical actual situations is a preferable method for measuring the clinical decision-making ability of nursing undergraduates.
