随着土地资源日渐减少与人口快速增长之间的矛盾日益突出,多层及高层建(构)筑物越来越多,沉降观测的作用越来越显得重要。通过对建筑工程中沉降观测对测量设备、测量人员、观测时间、观测点等的要求,以及施测程序的详细阐述,突出了沉降观测在建筑工程中的重要作用,最后阐述了沉降观测应该注意的事项。

With the intensified conflicts between decreasing land resources and increasing population, there are more & more high buildings & skyscrapers, which make subsidence observation play more significant role. Through presentation of requirements on measuring equipment, technicians, time and spot, and a detailed description of measurement procedures, this article made it very clear of the importance of Subsidence observation in architectural projects. It also listed the items which should be paid special attention to in subsidence observation.
