运动对老年糖尿病人抗凝血酶Ⅲ及粘附蛋白的影响

摘要 本文对20例老年Ⅱ型糖尿病(NIDDM)病人在30分钟中等强度运动前后血清抗凝血酶Ⅲ及血浆粘附蛋白(纤维连结素与von Willebrand因子)的变化进行了研究。发现运动前NIDDM组抗凝血酶Ⅲ活性低于对照组,运动后活性升高;两组运动前后纤维连结素水平平均无明显变化;运动前NIDDM组von Willebrand因子水平高于对照组,有运动习惯的NIDDM组其水平低于无运动习惯的NIDDM组,并且运动后其水平接近正常水平。提示适当运动可能有助于延缓血管并发症的发生、发展。 The dynamic changes of antithrombin III (ATI1I) activity and plasma level of adhesive proteins,i.e., von Willebrand factor(vWF)and fi-bronectin (Fn) before and after a moderate degree of exercise loading for 30 minutes were investigated in 20 cases of aged non-insulin dependent diabetes(NIDDM) without obvious vascular complications.The results showed that the basal ATIII activity significantly decreased in diabetic group, whereas after exercise loading it increased remarkably in diabetic group. No significant difference was observed in the plasma level of Fn between diabetic and control groups,Fn level did not change significantly during exercise in both groups.The basal level of vWF of diabetic group was significantly higher than that of control group and the vWF level of the diabetic subgroup in the habit of exercise training remarkably fell after exercise loading.The results of this study suggest that acute moderate physical exercise may do no harm to the development of angiopathy,and that exercise therapy might he beneficial to delaying the development of diabetic angiopathy.
