表面培灌大鼠大小黄体细胞的研究 被引量:2

摘要 将制成的黄体细胞悬浮液,经蔗糖密度梯度离心分离大、小黄体细胞。分离后的大、小黄体细胞按4×10~6细胞/管的数目与预膨胀的Bio—Gel混合,分别装入培灌管内。结果表明,在表面培灌系统中,细胞存活情况良好,细胞内环境稳定,并具有稳定的分泌孕酮功能,因此认为,大、小黄体细胞表面培灌系统为研究黄体细胞的机能提供了一种有用的实验模型。 The small and large CL cells were aeparted by sucrose density gradient centrifugation. Large and smll Inteal cells, both 4x106, were placed in separate perfusion tubes, perfusion medium was pumped by peristaltic pump at a flow rate of 0. 15ml/min. Results showed that perfusion system maintains physiogically viable cells which stably released progesterone and perfusion system also maintained constant condition of PH. It is suggested that the perfusion system may be a useful model for studing function of large and small luteal cells.
