前路颈椎间盘切除椎体间植骨术治疗脊髓型颈椎病(附25例报告)

Surgicat treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Myelopathy by Anterior Cervical Discoidectomy and Intervertebral Fusion

1986年4月—1991年8月,我院做了前路颈椎间盘切除椎体间植骨融合术共41例,其中有随访结果的脊髓型颈椎病患者共25例。我们认为前路多节段减压及融合术可以达到有效的减压及颈椎稳定作用,疗效稳固,有效率为92％,优良率为80％。颈椎椎管狭窄所致的脊髓型颈椎病应施颈后路椎管扩大术为宜。

Forty-one cases of cervioal spondylotic myelopathy were treated surgically by cervical discoidectomy and intervertebral fusion from April 1988 to August 1991.Among them twentyfive patients underwent follow-up review, we experienced that the anterior multilevel delompression and fusion may offer the effective decompression of the spinal cord and good stability of the cervical spine.The rate of improvement was 92%,and the rate of ercel-lent and good results was 80%.We expeienced that laminoplasty is a useful procedure for the treatment of compressive myelopathy due to cervical spi-nal canal stenosis.
