通过比较大型回转窑与传统水泥窑的特点,分析前窑口、烧成带、窑尾和冷却机前端等易损部位耐火材料 的蚀损机理,提出了这些部位更为合适的耐火材料;指出砌筑和烘烤与耐火材料使用寿命之间的关系。

The article compares trait of large-scale dry process rotary kiln to traditional cement kiln,analyses erosive theory of refractory material of coal-dust、 clinkering-zone、 kiln-inlet and front-cooler where is easy erosive, introduces refractory material which is suited. It poits out the relationship between running-period of refractory material and masonry and kiln- drying.
