Histogenesis of the human renal corpuscle from 5 to 20 weeks

作者对5—20周18例胎儿肾脏肾小体的发生进行了光镜观察。观察所见,5周胚肾已有肾小体发生,肾内的间充质首先分化成造血干细胞,在造血干细胞的诱导下形成毛细血管及肾小囊。7周后胚肾小体由皮质深层向浅层逐渐发生,其肾小体是由双厚壁小管形成。

The generation of 18 cases human fetal renal corpuscle in the age between 5-20 weeks was observed under light mecroscopy.The result showed that the renal corpuscle had generated at the age of 5th week. First mesenchymal proper order the capillary of the glomerulus and the renal capsule were induced by the stem cells.After the age of 7th week,the developmental procese of the renal corpuscle, was from the, subcapsular coriex to the juxtamedullary region.The renal corpuscles were taken shape by the dual thick tubules
