摘要
依法治档已成为促进我国档案事业健康发展的必由之路。只有加强法制宣传,加大普法力度,提高档案人员素质,严格公正执法,健全执法网络体系,才能有效地将依法治档落到实处。
Archives legeal construction is essential way for a heacthy archives development. Only by enforcing legeal instruction, improrement of archives staffs' certification, judging strictly and fairly, and developing legeal network could archives legeal construction be realized.
