摘要
借助电子计算机计算与分析了NEPE固体推进剂的能量水平,研究和比较了组分的含量与不同配比对推进剂配方标准理论比冲I<sub>ss</sub><sup>°</sup>值的规律性影响.结果表明:I<sub>ss</sub><sup>°</sup>值随配方中HMX,AP,Al三组分总含量的增加而增大,当含量达到70%以后比冲值变化的曲线上升趋于平缓;对于混合硝酸酯含能增塑剂,W<sub>NG</sub>/W<sub>BTTN</sub>比值的变更对I<sub>ss</sub><sup>°</sup>的影响随配方中固体填料含量的不同而异,当含量值在73%以下,所加入的两种硝酸酯组分质量比值的变化对I<sub>ss</sub><sup>°</sup>值的影响较大;硝酸酯用量与聚合物用量之比值(W<sub>PL</sub>/W<sub>PO</sub>)的改变对I<sub>ss</sub><sup>°</sup>的影响随固体含量的增大而减小,当固体含量超过70%,W<sub>PT</sub>/W<sub>P</sub>O值已达2.8的配方,再继续提高含能增塑剂的用量比例,所能获得的比冲增值很小;配方中小组分功能助剂的用量对推进剂I<sub>ss</sub><sup>°</sup>值的影响较大。
Energic level of NEPE solid propellant was analyzed, the effect regularity of ingredients different ratio and content on the propellant formulas standard theoretical specific impulse (ISS) was studied. The results show that the ISS value would increase along with solid filler(AP, Al, HMX) content increasing; the influence of changing WPL/WPO and WNG/WBTTN ratio on ISS are remarkable for formulas of solid filler content <73%. The influence of low content funtional auxiliary ingredients on formular energic level also is notable.
