摘要
900名闭经≤49天的早孕妇女随机分为4组,按双盲法分别单次口服200mg或连续3天每天2次各25mg国产二种米非司酮,第4天给予1mg PG05阴道栓,4组流产效果相似。完全流产率达90.9%～93.4%。主要副反应为放置PG05后的下腹痛(84.2%),但程度均轻,无须特殊治疗。
A multicentre,double blind,randomized clinical trial was conducted to compare the efficacy and side effects of two local products with two regimens of mifepristone and PG05. Totally,900 women (?)49 days of amenorrhea received mifepristone as a single dose of 200mg,or 25mg twice daily for 3 days,plus Img PG05 vaginal suppository in the morning of fourth day. The outcome of terminating early pregnancy in 4 groups was similar. 90.0-93. 4% of subjects had a complete abortion. The main side effect was mild lower abdominal pain which reported by 84. 2% of the women following PG05 given.
