红景天、枸杞、沙棘对小白鼠缺氧耐力的影响

EFFECT OF RHODIOLA,WOLFBERRY AND SEABUcKTHORN FRUIT ON HYPOXIc TOLERANCE OF MIcE

本文通过腹腔注射给药,观察了红景天、枸杞、沙棘三种药物对急性缺氧环境下小白鼠存活时间的影响。结果显示:上述药物能明显延长小白鼠的存活时间(P<0.001),其中沙棘组(存活时间为32.10min)、构杞组(29.95min)与阳性对照人参组(30.75min)作用相似。与安定组比较,上述三组的小白鼠存活时间亦明显延长(P<0.001或P<0.01)说明它们延长急性缺氧环境下小鼠存活时间其主要机制并不是药物的镇静作用。文章对其机理进行了初步探讨。

The survival time of hypoxic mice was studied by injecting the three medicinal herbs into the abdominal cavity of mice.The results showed that the herbs could prolong significantly the survival time of the mice(p<0.001).The seabuckthorn fruit group of the three groups is 32.10 min and wolberry group is 29.95 min.They are similar to the positive control group of ginseng.It was also found that the medicinal herbs could prolong significantly the survival time of mice by comparison with that of mice group with diazepam (p<0.001 or p<0.01).The mechanism that the survial time of hypoxic mice was prolonged by the herbs was studied in this paper.
