摘要
本文叙述了采用HPLC法对急进阿尼玛卿山高原考察队员机体血清中腺苷酸含量的测试,结果阿尼玛卿山地区世居藏族(Ⅴ组)人体血清腺苷酸ADP和AMP与西安(Ⅰ组)、西宁(Ⅱ组)、登山前(Ⅲ组)和登山后(Ⅳ组)无明显差异,ATP的血清含量显著低于Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组的含量;西安地区人体血清ATP含量显著高于Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组和Ⅴ组人体血清中ATP的含量;登山前后(自身对照)机体血清中腺苷酸各成分之间无差异。本结果说明机体短期进入高原缺氧地区体内血清中腺苷酸变化不明显;长期居住在高海拔地区机体血清中ATP的含量随海拔高而低下,与环境氧分压有关。
This article described the HPLC determination for serum adenylic acid from the Xining residents(2300m above sea level)and after they moved to Animaqing Mountain(4800m above sea level)at short time and other control groups. The results showed that there was no difference in ADP,AMP content among Tibetan natives in Animaqing Mountain, Xining residents(control group), Xian residents, Xining residents in Xining and after they moved to Animaqing Mountain at short time. But the ATP content of Tibetan natives in serum was lower than the ATP of residents of other groups,while the ATP in serum of Xian residents was higher than the ATP in other groups. The ATP, ADP and AMP had no obvious change between Xining residents and after they moved to Animaqing Mountain at short time. Meanwhile the experiment also found that there was a small amount of nucleotide in serum samples. The results suggested that the difference of ATP content among high altitude Xining,Animaqing Mount in and plain'Xian be related to the environmental oxygen Pao2. Whether the nucleotide found in serum samples has relation with the difference between high altitude and plain needs to futher research.
