摘要 通过对1988年7月至1991年2月,应用微波热凝结合手术的方法,治疗口腔颌面部大型海绵状血管瘤76例患者的效果观察,表明该法能有效地控制术中出血,简化手术过程具有满意的治疗效果。并就其机制及并发症的预防等方面进行了讨论。 From July 1988 to May 1991, microwave tissue thermocoagulation (MTTC) method was used to treat 76 cases of large cavernous hemangiomas in the oro-maxillo-facial region. A radiation antenna pin was inserted into the tumor, and the blood and tissue within the tumor were thus coagulated by high temperature produced by the microwave radiation. Having achieved a full coagulation we might then be able to remove the tumou with less or no bleeding by surgical. This method of treatment has following advantages: (1) Less bleeding and blood transfusion; (2) more radical excision possible; (3) a shortened operation time; (4) patients who were contraindicated otherwise may be treated by this method. The MTTC method is a ratherl ideal method up-to-date/for treating large cavernous hemangiomas in oro-maxillo-facia region. All the 76 cases had satisfactory clinicnl result.
