摘要
实验证明生物陶瓷—骨界面结合在于界面有—钙、磷层的形成,生物陶瓷降解产物的再沉积、羟磷灰石引导钙盐沉积、蛋白多糖的粘连在界面结合过程中起着重要作用,骨形成蛋白(BMP)不改变界面的结合机理,具有加速诱导新骨形成和促进界面结合作用。
This investigation showed that a layer of Ca-P, redeposition of bioactive ceramic de- graded products, deposition of calcium conducted by hydrcxyapatite, bonding of bioactiv ceramic and proteoglycan played an important role in the combination of interface between bioactive ceramic and bone, and BMP did not change the combining mechanism of interface and could induce and accelerate new bone formation and promote the interface combination.
