摘要
对贮藏7个不同年份的甜瓜种子进行了活力的分析,并测定了蛋白质和全糖含量的变化.结果表明不同年份的种子活力变化较大,但变化无规律:在良好的采收、加工、贮藏条件下甜瓜种子贮藏8年仍具有较高活力;3%KNO_3溶液浸种有利于甜瓜种子活力的表达.
The result of the experiment with several physiological and biochemical analyses showed that cucumis melon seeds (Eest Lake-1) had good conervative, which could gemmate with high vitality of seeds after 8 years storage; and 3% KNO_3 Could promate cucumis melon seed gemmation, particularly to 4～5 year old seeds.
