摘要
分析了影响竹荪菌丝生长的几个重要因子;并采用拮抗试验及过氧化物酶同工酶分析技术.鉴定4个品种的亲缘关系.结果表明:竹荪菌丝生长最适温度为28℃;pH值为5;母种培养基为PDA种,原种培养基以木屑或竹屑为主(占80%~40%),棉籽壳、谷粒为辅(0~40%),及20%麦麸,另加1%石膏粉和1%葡萄糖;棘托竹荪与昆明长裙、D古优1号、D-42之间的亲缘关系较远,而后3个品种之间的亲缘关系较近.
It was reported in this paper that there were several important factors affecting hypha growth of Dictyophora, and the relationship between four strains was analysed by using antitolerance testing and peroxidase isozyme diagram techniques. The best environmental conditions were 28°C and 5 pH value in the medium for the hypha growth. In addition, the PDA medium can suitably be used for the incubation of first-class spawn while the medium which contains 40%~80% sawdust or bamboodust, 0~40% cotton seedcoat or grains, 20% wheat bran, and additional 1% gypsum, 1% sucrose, was found to be more advantageous for the incubation of second-class spawn. It was also demonstrated that three accessions. Kunmingchangjun, Dguyou No. 1 and D-42 related more closely whereas some more differences were determinated between D. ictyophoraech-uolvata and the above three strains.
