摘要
饲喂大约克x大围子杂交一代生长育肥30头,分3组经120d的饲养试验结果表明:经焙烧处理的海泡石添加剂(ML-55)组日增量为604g,与对照组的520g相比,差异显著(P<0.05),日增重快16%左右.未经焙烧处理的海泡石添加剂(ML-56)组的日增重为568g.与对照组间差异不显著(P>0.05),但增重速度仍快9%左右.2种不同处理的海泡石添加剂组的日增重无显著差异(P>0.55).但焙烧处理组比未焙烧组日增重快6%左右.Ⅰ至Ⅲ组饲料报酬分别为3.78:1,3.71:1,3.68:1.以焙烧(Ⅲ)处理组较好.在结束饲养试验时断尾采血进行生化指标测定,焙烧处理组的SAKP的活性均值极显著地高于对照组(P<0.01).其它各项生化指标间无明显差异(P>0.05).试验还表明,以海泡石为载体的矿物元素添加剂对生长育肥猪的主要内脏组织无损害作用.
The daily gain of growing-fattening pigs and changes of serum biochemistry values were measured in the experiment, 30 crossbred pigs were divided into 3 groups and given 0, 0.5% (ML-55), 0.5 (ML-56) sepiolite additives in the basal diet respectively. The results showed that average daily gain of group 3 increased by 16% as compared with group 1(P<0.05), and the feed conversion was good (3.68:1) The SAKP activity was greater than that of group 1. The experiment proved that sepiolite improves growth of pigs and does not damage main internal organs
