摘要
采用国产HIT-5型生物活体自动植冰冷冻仪,先后将33枚浏阳黑山羊7日龄胚胎进行冷冻,在-196℃的液氮中保存10.5±6.12d.将其中13枚形态结构基本正常的胚胎移植给7只同期发情的本地母山羊,结果有2只受体妊娠,产羔3只,受体妊娠率为28.57%(2/7),自制冻胚移植成功率为23.08%(3/13).
33 seven days embryos of Liuyan black goat were frozen in HIT-5 freezer and stored in liquid nitrogen for 2～19 days. 13 normal embryos were transferred into uteri of seven recipients, two of which became pregnant and produced 3 kids. The pregnancy rate of recipients was 28.57% (2/7). The transfer success rate of frozen embryos was 23.08% (3/13)
