摘要
采用光学显微镜观察及免疫抑制小鼠感染方法评价了菌毒敌、单甲脒、速尔2号、福尔马林、氨水等10种化学药物对隐孢子虫卵囊的抑杀效果.试管内杀灭试验结果表明,2%的菌毒敌、2%的单甲脒、2%的速尔2号杀灭率分别为98.2%,93.8%,88.7%.经上述3种药物处理24h的卵囊感染小鼠6d后。小鼠粪中仍未见卵囊排出。表明这3种药物对牛隐孢子虫卵囊有良好的杀灭作用.
Cryptosporidium oocysts were treated with 10 disinfectants for 24 h, and then inoculated to mice orally. The results show that only Jundudi, methyiformamidine and dichlorobenzene are effective in killing the oocysts.
