摘要
前言 咪唑啉两性表面活性剂是由Hans.smannheimer在五十年代最先开发,并用“两性的”(amphoteric)来命名。这类化合物分子中至少包含一个阳离子和一个阴离子基团、当两种基团的离子价相等时,即成为一个离子平衡的两性化合物。在不同的PH范围内从理论上显示出不同的离子型:在酸性溶液中显示为阳离子,在中性溶液中显示中性,在碱性溶液中显示为阴离子。
Here we mainly explain the principle and optimisticod technical conditions of synthesizing sodium 2-chlosocthylsalfonate, and by its reaction with 1-hyd-rox yethyl-2-undecylimidazoline was prepared 2-undecyl-N-suIfoethyl^N-sulfoet-hoxyethylimi dazoline disodium salt, a new type of amphoteric surface active agent.
By means of IR spectia, elemental analysis and conventional physical-chemical test, it can be found that is a successful test with reasonable synthetic route, higher yield and better quality. This new surfactan used in cosmetic-s, detergent, extraction of polassium salt,etc,has been proved up to have excellent surface-active properties and better application result,and can be manufactured on an industrial scale.
