Located in the south of China,Liyang Rare Earth General Plantis bounded on Nanjing,Shanghaiand Hangzhou and enjoys the con-venience in both land and watertransportation.The plant started its produc-tion in June,1987 and was enlarg-ed its annual production capacityto 800 tons of ion-adsorptionrare earth minerals in 1989.
