铝合金电极缓蚀剂的研究

摘要 在MgCl_2电解液体系中加入20余种添加剂,用静态失重法和极化曲线法测得对铝合金电极(No.2) 的缓蚀效率和腐蚀电流,筛选出两类缓蚀剂的较佳配方,即无机缓蚀剂的配方:A1.2g/l+B1.2g/l+C1.2g/l;有机缓蚀剂的配方:D1.2g/l+E1.2g/l+F 0.8g/l+G0.4g/l.并对缓蚀剂的缓蚀机理进行初步探讨。 The inhibition efficiencies and corrosion currents of about 20 kinds of additives on aluminum alloy electrode in MgCl2 electryte have been studied using the static method of weight losses and measurement of potentiostatic polarization curves. Two better formulations for aluminum alloy eletrode inhibitors were selected, i. e. the formulation of inorganic inhibitor: A 1. 2g/1+B 1.2g/1+C 1.2 g/1 and the formulation of organic inhibitor: D 1.2 g/1+E 1.2 g/1+F 0.8g/1+G 0.4g/1. The preliminary study on the inhibition mechanism show that the mechanism of inorganic inhibitor is interphase inhibition mechanism and the mechanism of organic inhibitor is catalytic effect mechanism.
