论如何激发基础化学实验室技术人员的创造力

本文结合在基础化学实验教学与教改中的具体事例,就基础化学实验室技术人员应如何克服在实验教改和创新中的心理和习惯障碍以及如何激发创造力等问题,提出几点建议,结论认为:基础化学实验室技术人员只要能以自己的潜心钻研、顽强拼搏和百折不挠的精神为轴心,贯穿纵横两方面的知识和技能,就能在基础实验室中有所作为,就能在实验教改和创新中取得成功。

In view of the speciality of foundamental chemical laboraory, how to arouse the technicians initiative about invention and creaton at this post is discussed in this paper. Taking the refitment of experimental instruments and equipment and invention of experimental operations for examples, the skill and technique suitable for the technicians summarized, then their psychological and customary obstacles may be overcome. They can fully understand that the invention and creation can also be made at the most foundamental and most ordinary post, and their intellective and creative thought of themselves can be fully applized and developed. These will make more contribution to the experimental education reform.
