摘要
本文用蚕豆根尖细胞微核技术测定了徐州市云龙湖的污染状况。数据统计分析结果表明湖区的西部与北部为重度污染,南部为中度污染,东部的污染程度介于上述两者之间。提示不同水域污染状况与其所受人类活动的影响程度密切相关。本文还对造成湖水污染的原因进行了讨论。
This paper reports that micronucleus test technique of Vicia faba root tips has been used in the detection of the pollution of Yunlong lake,Xuzhou city. The results of statistical analysis indicate that the west and north areas of the lake are heavily polluted, while it is averagely polluted in the south area. The degree of pollution in the east area is just between those two parts mentioned above. The results also suggest that the pollution in different water areas of Yunlong lake is closely related to the different effect of human activities to the lake. The reasons for the pollution have also been discussed in this article.
