模拟轨轮系统磨损实验的参数条件及微选区表面分析方法的研究

摘要 本研究针对与轨轮系统磨损试验有关的几个研究方法进行了探索性的研究。 (1)根据再结晶与形变量的关系,测量了钢轨磨损表面的塑性变形。 (2)为了对钢轨磨损过程的磨损行为进行研究,发展了一种原位观察技术,观察到了模拟试验轨钢试样表面磨损的发生,发展及磨损机制的转变过程。 (3)采用线磨损测量法测量相对磨损率。采用这种方法,能建立起微观磨损形态学与磨损性质的对应关系。 Several methods concerning wear experiments for simulating rail/wheel system have been investigated. ( 1 ) According to the relationship between the crystallization and the deformation, the worn rail surface was determined. ( 2 ) In order to investigate-' ; ' . ;' < ? - ? r -fthe behaviour of the wear process of rail steel, an in-situ observation technique has been developed, the initiation of the wear and its successive spread in the simulated wear process can be observed, and the transition of the wear mechanism con be found. (3)The relative wear rate was determined by means of the line wear measurment, and the nature of the wear process corresponding to the micron morphology of worn surface can be established.
