摘要
本文研究了固溶温度、时效温度、冷变形对18Ni(350)马氏体时效钢室温和高温磁滞性能的影响。结果指出,材料高温磁滞性能下降的主要原因是热骚动力的增大和部分铁磁性奥氏体在高温下变为顺磁性。提高固溶温度使材料的磁滞性能提高。采用冷变形在晶体内产生一定的织构和增加的效后金属化合物的数量及弥散度,使基体贫Ni,而控制逆转变奥氏体的大小。分布和数量,改善了磁滞性能。
The effects of solution tempterature, aging temperature and rolling oa hysteresis properties of 18Ni ( 350 ) maraging steel at ambient and elevated temperature were investigated. It is pointed out that the degradation of magnetic properties at elevated temperature is caused by the enhancement of thermal disturbance and the change of a part of ferromagnetic austenite to paramagnetic one at elevated temperature. The rise of solution temperature is beneficial to the magnetic properties. After cold rolling and followed by aging, the appearance of texture and the increase in percentage and dispersivity of inter-metallic compound, which control the size, distribution and percentage of reverted austenite through depleting Ni in matrix, improve the hysteresis properties.
