Studies on photosynthetic characteristics of tea germplasms from Zhejiang.

摘要 利用光合作用气体分析系统和透射电镜,对浙江省33个茶树资源的单叶净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、细胞间隙CO_2浓度,叶绿体基粒片层数目、嗜饿颗粒含量和乙醇酸氧化酶活性进行了系统测定.结果表明,不同茶树资源间在净光合速率、叶绿体基粒片层数目和乙醇酸氧化酶活性等特性上具有极显著差异.并根据上述的7项特性用类平均法进行聚类分析,结果被划分为四大类型,不同类型间在净光合速率、嗜锇颗粒含量和乙醇酸氧化酶活性等特性上具有较大的差异,其中第Ⅰ类型具有较高的净光合速率和较低的光呼吸,可在生产和资源利用上优先应用. ADC-LCA2 infra-red gas analyser and electron microscope were used to investigate the photosyn-thetic rate (Pn), the transpiration rate (Trl), the stomatal conductance (Ci), the numbers of chloroplast lamellae structure (CM) , the numbers of osmiophilic granules (Os) and the activity of glycolate oxidase (Go) of 33 tea germplasms from Zhejiang Province- The results indicated that there were significant difference in Pn, Chl, and Go between tea germplasms. The 33 germplasms studied could be divided into 4 groups based on the data of photosynthetic characteristic indicators by cluster analysis. There were obvious difference in Pn, Os , and Go between the various groups. The first group of tea germplasms had higher Pn but lower photo-respiration, Therefore, the first group of tea germplasms were recommended to be used as parents during cross breeding and culti-vars in production.
