摘要 用HPLC检测法研究了茶树芽叶甲醇浸提时间与芽叶的内源激素吲哚乙酸(IAA)脱落酸(ABA)被浸提出的产额关系.结果表明:提取8小时,IAA达最大产额,随后逐渐下降,提取13和23小时分别下降到最大产额的95.24%和64.36%,ABA在前13小时提取过程中,提取速度较快,以后变慢,提取13小时的产额为提取23小时的92.82%;IAA、ABA标样的添加回收率测定分别为93.79%和97.19%. The relation between the extraction duration of tea plant tissue in methnol and the yields of indo-3-acetic acid (IAA) and abscisic acid (ABA) was investigated by HPLC. The results showed that maximum yield of IAA appeared in the 8 hr extraction treatment and declined to 95. 24% and 64. 36% of the maximum yield when extraction duration was extended to 13 hr and 23 hr, respectively. The extraction rate of ABA was rapid during the first 13 hr and then slowed down. The ABA yield in 13 hr extraction was 92. 82% of that in 23 hr extraction. The recovery rates of added standard IAA and ABA were 93. 79% and 97. 19% ,respectively.
