茶树种质资源光合特性的研究(英文)

Studies on the Photosynthetic Character of Tea Germplasms

摘要 利用光合作用气体分析系统和电子显微技术对87个茶树种质资源的净光合速率(Pn),蒸腾速率(Trl),气孔导度(Gs)和细胞间隙CO_2浓度以及66个茶树资源的叶绿体片层结构进行了系统研究.结果表明,不同茶树资源间在净光速率、蒸腾速率,气孔导度和叶绿体片层数目上有极显著差异.净光合速率与蒸腾速率和气孔导度具有极显著正相关,其相关系数分别为0.5257(p<0.01)和0.6245(p<0.01).净光合速率和叶绿体片层数目也有显著相关性,其相关系数为0.2394(p<0.05).对这87个茶树种质资源的净光速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度和细胞间隙CO_2浓度利用聚类分析方法结果被划分为七个类型.其中两个类型比其它类型具有更高的净光速率,蒸腾速率和气孔导度,因此这两个类型的茶树种质资源可以作为高光效杂交育种的亲本以及在生产上开发利用. ADC-LCA Infra-Red Gas Analyser and electron microscope were used to investigate the net pho-tosynthetic rate (Pn), the transpiration rate (Trl), the Btomatal conductance (Gs) and the intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci) of 87 tea germplasms, and the numbers of chloroplast lamellae structure (Ch1) of 66 tea germplasms. The results indicated that there were significant difference in Pn, Trl, Gs and Ch1 between tea germplasms. Pn was highly significant correlated with Tr1 and Gs, and the correlation coefficients were 0. 5257 (P<0. 01) and 0. 6245 (P<0. 01). Pn was significantly correlated with Ch1, and the correlation coefficient was 0. 2394 (P<0. 05). The 87 tea germplasms could be divided into seven groups based on the data of their Pn, Tr1, Gs and Ci by cluster analysis. Pn, Trl and Gs in two of the seven groups were higher than the others. The two groups of tea germplasms may be used as parents of hybrid breeding and production.
