期刊在出版发行过程中会出现各种变化 ,特别是的题名的变化 ,令期刊的款目记录处理要比其他出版物复杂的多 ,本文就期刊的题名的变化在款目记录处理上提出了自己的做法。

Periodicals will have various kinds of title changes during the publication and dissemination process, especially the change of periodical title. This makes the treatment of title entry record even more complicated. This paper puts forward our own practice in the treatment of title entry when a periodical changes its title.
