培养心肌细胞内的SDH图象分析——大豆磷脂脂质体对缺血再灌心肌膜损伤的影响 被引量:1

摘要 琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)的活性在判断心肌缺血,再灌性损伤中起重要作用。本文通过IBAS图象分析系统对缺血再灌的培养心肌细胞内的SDH定量评估,以求探讨大豆磷脂脂质体对心肌缺血再灌性损伤的保护作用。结果表明,在缺血及再灌组的心肌细胞内出现较强的SDH损伤性反应,大豆磷脂脂质体能明显减轻这种反应,提示大豆磷脂脂质体对缺血及缺血/再灌心肌具有明显的保护作用。 The activity of SDH is one of the most important criteria for identification of myocardium injury caused by ischcmia/reperfusion. With an aid of IBAS image analysis system, the study was designed to estimate quantitatively SDH activity changes of cultured cardiac cells in ischemia/reperfusion, aiming to elucidate the protective effect of soybean phospholipid liposomes against the membrane injury of myocardium in ischemia/reperfusion. The results indicate that injury reactions of SDH in the ischemia/reperfusion group are more than that of the group treated with soybean phospholipid liposome. The differences of SDH activity between the control and the ischemia/reperfusion group and the injury group and group treated with soybean phospholipid lipsome are statistically significant. The findings suggest that the injury reactions of SDH of cardiac cells in ischemia/reperfusion can be obviously reduced by soybean phospholipid liposome which protects myocardium from membrane injury caused by ischemia/reperfusion.
