摘要 Ⅰ. INTRODUCTION The results of Parkins et al. indicated that if the loaded low carbon steel samples were held in noncracking range of -900 mV<sub>SCE</sub> in CO<sub>3</sub>—HCO<sub>3</sub> solution for a period of time such that the primary creep was exhausted, the stress corrosion cracking (SCC)did not occur when they were subsequently exposed at 650 -mV<sub>SCE</sub>, in spite of the potential in the cracking range and K<sub>1</sub>】K<sub>ISCC</sub>.
