人体损伤后劳动能力评定的研究

STUDY ON APPRAISING LABOUR ABILITY TO INJURED HUMAN BODY

作者根据渡边富雄(1984～1986年度)对人体损伤造成后遗症的新的评判方式的提案,制定了《人体损伤后劳动能力评定及其生活补助费赔偿标准》,通过对1991年46例使用该标准进行劳动能力评定的研究,我们认为采用该标准是可行的,有一定的应用价值。并对所涉及的一些问题作了探讨。

We worked out the Trial Draft-Standard for Appraising Labour Ability and Compensation to Injured Human Body in accordance with draft resolution of new judgement pattern of Japan(1984～1986) on disability due to injured haman body by Tomio Watanabe. Search for forty-six cases to perform by the draft-standard in 1991, we hold that the draft-standard is of great value in forensic medical practice, and go further into the issue for appraising.
