摘要
本实验研究了家兔尸体血液室温保存组(10～15℃)和冰箱保存组(4℃)中苯巴比妥的分解动力学。结果表明,苯巴比妥在血液保存标本中分解是非常缓慢的,室温保存组和冰箱保存组的分解速度相近。此结果为疑为苯巴比妥中毒案件中正确评价毒物学分析结果提供了一定的参考依据。
The experiment gave a research on decomposition kinetics of phenobarbital in preserving blood of rabbit (in room 10 to 15℃ and refrigerator 4℃). The results show that phenobarbital in preserving blood was decomposited very slowly. There was almost the same decomposition speed under the preserving conditions. The results supply a reference data for estimating poison analytical result in doubting poison case by phenobarbital.
