狗颞下颌韧带生物化学的初步研究

摘要 本文采用生物化学法分析了正常成年狗颞下颌韧带各部分和关节囊的水、胶原、氨基已糖含量,并作了统计学比较。结果显示,颞下颌韧带水含量低于关节囊(P<0.05),胶原、氨基己糖含量(颞骨止端除外)高于关节囊(P<0.05)。韧带各部分水、胶原和氨基己糖含量的变化相对应,但差别较小(颞骨止端除外)。作者认为,颞下颌韧带较关节囊对颞下颌关节的稳定作用更大;韧带各部分化学成分含量的差别与结构特征有关。 The purpose of this investi-gation was to determine the biochemicalcomposion of the normal adult dog's tem-poromandibular ligament (TML) along itslength.Water content and hexosamine con-centration as an index of glycosaminoglycancontent and collagen concentration werequantified; and the results compared statis-tically with anatomically identified TMLsegments. The TML contained lower watercontent and higher collagen, hexosamineconcentration than capsule(P<0.05). All thecontents of these components in differ-ent locations along the ligament were notsignificantly different, with the exceptionthat on the insertion site of the temporaleminence the concentration of the hexosa-mine was less than that in other areas(P<0.05). This study provided useful data forthe analysis of TML functions and its me-chanical properties.
