摘要
结扎家兔冠状动脉左室支,造成急性心肌缺血模型,观察天麻注射液对其血流动力学、心电图标测、脂质过氧化产物以及心肌梗塞面积的影响。结果显示:天麻注射液能减少冠脉左室支结扎后心前区心电图标测的病理性Q波数目;降低血清脂质过氧化产物丙二醛水平,缩小心肌梗塞面积。
Lipid peroxidation initiatedby oxygen free radicals played an impor-tant role in the pathogensis of coronaryheart disease. The purpose of this studywas to explore the effects of Tian-Ma(Gastrodia elata Bl.)injection on myocardialinfarct size and lipid peroxidation byobserving serum malondialdehyde (MDA)levels. Twenty-six New Zealand rabbits weredivided into control group (n=6), ische-mic group (n=10), and Tian-Ma treatedgroup (n=10). Left ventricular branch(LVB) of coronary artery was ligatedat its middle third in ischemic andtreated groups. LVB was not ligated incontrol group. Tian-Ma injection was givenintravenously (1mg/kg) every 8 hoursafter ligation in treated group for 48 hours.Precordial 12-lead ECG mapping wasrecorded before operation and at 3,24and 48 hours after occlusion. Hemodynamicchanges (HR, LVP) were monitored beforeand 0.5, 3 and 48 hours after ligation.Serum MDA levels were determinedby thiobarbituric acid spectrophotometrybefore operation, and 0.5, 3, 9, 24, and 48hours after ligation. Dual staining techni-que was used 48 hours after ligation todetermine the area at risk and infarctsize. The results showed that Tian-Ma injec-tion did not decrease ∑ST elevation (P>0.05), but NQ was significantly lowerduring ischemia in treated group (P<0.01), Tian-Ma injection reduced the areaat risk by 23.5% (P<0.05) and infarctsize by 34.5% (P<0.01). Tian-Ma injec-tion significantly decreased the levels ofserum MDA 24 and 48 hours after occlu-sion (P<0.01). These suggest that anti-oxidative effects of Tian-Ma injection maybe an important mechanism to protectischemic myocardium.
