食管平滑肌肉瘤及癌肉瘤(附4例报告并文献复习)

ESOPHAGEAL LEIOMYOSARCOMA AND CARCINOSARCOMA

在875例切除食管标本中,平滑肌肉瘤及癌肉瘤各2例。平滑肌肉瘤系由平滑肌瘤恶变而成。当癌与肉瘤并存时称癌肉瘤。平滑肌肉瘤一般分为息肉型及肿块型,手术切除预后较好。食管癌肉瘤有两个起源中心,肉瘤成份一般为纤维肉瘤。

Of 875 surgical specimens of esophagus, 2 cases were diagnosed as esophageal leiomyosarcoma and 2 cases carcinosarcoma. When esophageal leiomyoma becomes malignant, it is usually turned into esophageal leiomyosarcoma. In case esophageal carcinoma is associated with sarcoma, it is called carcinosarcoma. Esophageal leiomyosarcoma is usually classified into polypoid type and mass type. If it is removed surgically, the prognosis won't be so bad. Esophageal carcinosarcoma has two original centers, carcinoma and sarcoma are usually made by fibrosarcoma.
