气囊导管扩张治疗前列腺增生症(附20例报告)

THE DILATATION OF BALLON CATHETER IN THE TREATMENT OF HYPERPLASIA OF PROSTATE:REPORT OF 20 CASES

自1990年6月我院采用经尿道气囊导管扩张治疗前列腺增生症20例。在粘膜麻醉或骶管麻醉下,气囊充盈达303.9～405.2kPa,维持10分钟完成扩张。随访3～9个月,效果满意者16例,占80％;4例失败,1例系神经性膀胱,3例系前列腺中叶增生,其中2例行前列腺摘除术。

Since June 1990, 20 patients with hyperplasia of prostate have Leen treated by the transurethral dilatation of balloon catheter. The procedure was carried out under the submucous or sacral anesthesia. The balloon turgor amounted to 303.9～405.2kPa and lasted ten minutes. The patients weve followed up for 3—9 months. Of them, there were 16 cases with satisfactory result, accounting for 80%, and 4 cases with failure. Of the 4 cases, 1 was due to nervous bladder and the other 3 were due to hyperplasia of the middle part of prostate. Prostatectomy was performed on 2 patients.
