儿童左室肥大心电图诊断标准的评价

ASSESSMENT OF CRITERIA OF ECHOCARDIOGRAPHIC DIAGNOSIS ON LEFT VENTRICULAR HYPERTROPHY IN CHILDREN

以超声心动图测定的左室重量为依据,对133例左室正常和44例左室肥大儿童的心电图进行了分析。结果表明,44例左室肥大儿童中23例心电图符合左室肥大的标准,7例示左室高电压,14例心电图正常。133例左室正常儿童中128例心电图正常,4例示左室高电压,1例表现为左室肥大。心电图诊断左室肥大的敏感性、特异性和准确性分别为52.27％、96.24％和85.31％。

Electrocardiographic findings were analysed in 183 normal children and 44 cases of left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) in the light of left ventricular weight determined by echocardiogram. The results showed that of 44 cases of LVH, 23 had echocardiogram evidence of LVH, 7 had high voltage of left ventricle and 14 showed normal echocardiograms. Among 133 normal children, electrocardiograms showed normal in 128 subjects, high voltage of left ventricle in 4 and LVH in 1. Sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of diagnosis of LVH by electrocardiography were 52.27％, 96.24％ and 85.31％, respectively.
