大白鼠颈总动脉内弹性膜的年龄变化

Ultrastructural Alterations of Internal Elastic Laminae of Rat Common Carotid Artery Related to Aging

本文应用光镜、透射电镜对内弹性膜的年龄变化进行定性分析,结果发现:随增龄,内弹性膜变薄,管腔面出现放射状变性,内弹性膜断裂、复制;其内弹性纤维的周围部减少甚至消失;内皮细胞、中膜平滑肌细胞穿过内弹性膜的现象增多。

The fenestrations and internal elastic laminae of common carotid artery were studied in last chap- ter,now we use light microscope and transmission electric microscope to study the ultrastructural al- ternations of internal elastic laminae of rat common carotid artery related to aging.The results show that with advancing age,the internal elastic laminae was thinner,degenerated,fractured and redupli- cated;the peripheral part of elastic fiber was disappear;both endothelial cells and smooth muscle cells entered the internal elastic laminae more in the old age than in the young.
