摘要
提出在剖分式滑动轴承的制造上采用动态浇注(即离心浇注)的新工艺方法。通过理论分析与试验研究,重点探讨锡基轴承合金剖分式瓦体整体动态浇注新工艺应用的可行性。同时给出能减轻比重偏析的最优动态浇注工艺参数组合。
This paper provided a new method of dynamic pouring on the two-piece journal bearing. Based on the testing and analysis discussed the practicability of the new method of tin base alloy dynamic poruing. Also provided a group of dynamic pouring process parameters, by which we can greatly abate the specific gravity segregation.
