摘要
以GDX-102填充柱气相色谱分析热不稳定的过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯中ppm级微量水份,柱温、汽化室和检测室最佳温度值分别为110℃、120℃和130℃。水和过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯保留时间相差30min以上,因此可以连续进样测定水份。6次测定水份的变异系数为2.7%,检测下限浓度为2.7ppm。
Trace water in quantity of ppm in the heat-instable tert butylperoxy benzoate wasanalysed by GDX-102 filling-column gas chromatography with the best column-temperature,evaperating-temperature and examing-temperature 110℃, 120℃ and 130℃ respectly. Thedifference of r. t. between water and tert butylperoxy benzoate is more than 30 minutes, sothe samples can be injected continuosly to analyse trace water. The variation coeffiecient in 6examinations is 2.7%. The low limit of sensitivity in the examinations is 2.7 ppm.
