摘要
运用Monte-Corlo(MC)模拟方法,从不同基因作用模型对性状的影响出发,探讨了近交引起的保种群体目标数量性状的定量衰退程度。结果表明,在不同基因作用模型下,近交对目标数量性状均值的减少程度明显不同,而对目标数量性状的遗传方差的影响程度却基本接近,均呈现近交程度加强,遗传方差损失严重的趋势。并且把模拟均值与理论预测均值进行了比较。
The changes of mean and genetic variance of quantitative trait, caused by inbreeding, were studied by means of Montecarlo method in simulative conservation population. The results show as follows: Under different gene action model, effects of inbreeding are difference on mean of objective quantitative trait, but are same on genetic variance. With strengthening of inbreeding coefficient, genetic variance suffers heavy losses in conservation. Finaly, between simulative value and theoretic predicition value were compared.
