摘要
本文叙述了光栅与微机相结合在线测量线材外径的方法。描述了我们研制成功的GS-1型光栅动态测径仪,进行了误差分析并给出了现场实验的结果。
This paper relates how to combine grating technology with microcomputer to measure a wire outer diameter on line. It describes the manufacturing of the grating diameter-measuring dynamically instrument GS-1 type. The error analysis and the experiment result in motion are given.
