对二例特殊类型乳腺良性肿瘤—乳腺腺肌上皮瘤作电镜观察。其超微结构最显著特点是肿瘤由二型细胞(腺、导管上皮和增生性肌上皮细胞)形成的腺、导管结构以及间质中形成的肌上皮细胞实性岛二者组成,形态上应与纯粹的肌上皮瘤、恶性肌上皮癌、乳腺多形性腺瘤、乳腺小叶增生和乳腺纤维腺瘤进行鉴别。

They were biphasie by ul trastrue rurally, containing tubular gland structures forming by proliferating myoepi thelial and gland—forming epi thelial cells and myoepithelial islands be located at the stroma of breast. Morphologically, they should been differetiated from a pure myoepithelioma, malignant myoepithelial carcinomn. polymorphl ological adenoma of the breast, hyperplastic mastopathy, and mammary fibboradenoma.
